We test all gold once it arrives and will let you know what your gold is worth once we have processed it. You can then accept our offer, or request that we return your gold.
Providing we receive your packet within 10 days, if the price of gold goes up from the point you place your order to when we receive it we give you the improved price and if the price goes down we will honour the price on the day you place your order. So, whatever happens to the price of gold you will receive the best price.
Yes, we will send you a pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope for you to add your gold. Once you've posted the envelope you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track where your packet is. Your packet must be signed for when it arrives with us, so you'll be able to check on when we've received it. Your packet is also insured to the sum you are sending, maximum £750.00 per packet. We will process your gold on the day we receive it. A payment will be made to you via a bank transfer and will appear in your account with 3 to 5 days.
Once we receive your gold we will test it, if the weight or carat differs from the details you provided we will contact you to make an offer based the true weight and carat of your item. If you inform us that you do not wish to proceed then we will return your items to you in a Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelope at our expense.

Once we receive your gold we will test it, value the item and contact you with an offer, we will not continue until you confirm that you are happy and want to proceed. If you inform us that you do not wish to proceed then we will return your items to you in a Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelope at our expense.
Once we have received and processed your packet, we will email you with confirmation of this and to confirm a payment has been made. It is the purity of the gold and can be identified by a three-digit number on the hallmark. Our website will detail what numbers for each carat i.e. 375 – 9 carat.
